If there is a video of a person being fausly accused of someting. do they have the right to see the video?

Right? Sure. But in order to enforce that 'right' if they refuse your demand, you may have to sue and obtain a subpoena for the tape. If really serious about hiring counsel to help you do so, feel free to contact me.
