Legal Question in Employment Law in California
vons wont look at my application because they want to pay me at base pay but my union said they cant do that because the job i had at albertsons (who is under the same union as vons) had gave me a 10 cent raise, is there something i can do

You have NO rights outside of the union grievance process.
