wages

worked seven days, thirteen hours a day. i only received one hour of overtime a day for a year.in california. how do i file a claim to get my overtime pay?

You have several options. Such as filing a complaint with DLSE (Division of Labor Standards Enforcement),or retaining an attorney to help you with either filing with DLSE or bringing a claim against your employer, or settling your claim.
