Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Whistle-Blower, Discrimination, Slander, Non-compete agreement, ''white truck pu

I began working for my employer in Feb.00. Company is equipment rental and homeowner sales/rental (175 employees).Started in outside sales increased fleet by 2 million. Informed owners I was aware Manager was embezzling from them. I was offered a promotion of Manager after he was terminated. In the offer I was asked to relocate(45miles south) and my moving expenses would be reimbursed via a salary increase. Never happened! 14 months later I find myself terminated after questioning the accountings of my next years budget. They would not show me any accountings for my department of which i oversaw 27 employees. I uncoverd many things and was terminated with no reason. My medical insurance was over $700. monthly. They covered all ''Caucasian'' Managers, i'm hispanic, when i asked why The owner told me ''it's business''. I was also ordered to purchase a white truck which cost my wife and I $47,000. Since leaving the new white manager bought a grey truck, along with the white dairy salesman, and the rental salesman. The list goes on and on. Thank You for reading this and I hope someone will take my case.

No question that the facts you allege make out grounds for a discrimination and retaliation claim and lawsuit. You have no more than a year to file a claim for discrimination and termination with the Dept of Fair Employment and Housing. You also have only a year to file suit on the rest of your tort claims. Some may have a statute of limitations longer than a year, but not all - so the suit must be filed within the shortest limits. Either contact a local attorney or me to discuss filing suit promptly.
