Wongful Dismissal after Orientation

I was an Orientatee under a 50 employee company. Right after a 4 days of Orientation, I receive a verbal message from a manager told they can't be use me anymore due to a wong documentation. I also have a meeting with manager and I told, I was an Orientee under managing and verified by you of that documentation and you mention any problem what i did that times. But, they disagree.

Now, I received a dismissal letter cause of Falsification of Applications.

Re: Wongful Dismissal after Orientation

So, your question is??

Unless you had a written contract of employment that they breached, or you can prove this was somehow illegal civil rights/discrimination violation, you simply got fired like thousands of other people every day. If so, your next step is to look for a new job, not a lawsuit. You should also consider clearing up any criminal record or immigration work status problem that may have caused this.
