Legal Question in Employment Law in California

i work 40 hrs a week and my boss has us come in to work 15 minutes for a manditory meeting every day before work. but at the same time tells us that she will only pay us minimum wadge for the time. also for classes on saturdays and sundays also being mandatory she says she will only pay minimum wadge for my time. can she do this?

You are entitled to full pay for all mandatory and required time at work. If not properly paid all wages and overtime, you can file a claim with the Labor Commissioner.
