Legal Question in Employment Law in California

I work for a manufacturer on a commission only basis and they are near 7 months behind in paying me. What action can be taken if any to get them to pay me?

For any unpaid compensation and wages, you can file a claim with the Labor Commissioner, or you can sue. The money has to be 'due' per their policies. IF serious about getting legal help, feel free to contact me.

By the way, you have to be paid at least the equivalent of minimum hourly wage if your commissions aren't enough to reach that level.
