Legal Question in Employment Law in California
I work for a nation wide trucking company who has 50 or more locations. They have installed drivecams in some of the locations but not all.Drivers in locations with drivecams can be disciplined for things caught by drivecam when drivers in locations without drivecam can do the same thing without any disciplinary action. Is this legal? This is an at will employer.Just doesnt seem right that one guy gets fired for something and a guy 40 miles away can do the same thing and keep his job!

No, the guy not on the camera just didn't get caught. He'd be fired if he had. Perfectly legal.
