I have been workding for a company almost 1 months and a half .my manager did some moves on me and made some religious and reces comments .after I complained to his boss.I was a victim of discriminationa and retaliation.I was singled out soo many times at work.lately they took me off the scheduel and didnt even call to tell me if Iam fired or suspened or anything.Do I have a claim?
