Legal Question in Employment Law in California
i worked for a contractor who never paid me for overtime, didnt even pay me regular pay, simply paid a flat rate 8 hour day, even if i worked 14..how can i get paid?

By suing or filing a claim with the Labor Commissioner, if you can prove your hours. You are entitled to recover proper pay, unpaid OT, interest, penalties, and also repayment of your attorney fees if you win. If serious about doing this, feel free to contact me.
