Legal Question in Employment Law in California

I worked for a hotel management company and had to commute 250 miles roundtrip each week to a hotel. I did this for 10 months only being reimbursed for gas, not mileage or vehicle wear & tear. I had a food per diem as well.

I have since left the company with normal wear & tear car issues. Am I entitled to a mileage stipend for the 10,000 or so miles driven on my personal vehicle after the fact?

Thanks,

Tim
