Legal Question in Employment Law in California
here we go. i worked for a security company as a guard and i was fired for falling asleep. i was over worked. one month i worked like 25-28, 8hr night-shifts straight with no days off, plus i held over for overtime in the morning sometimes. this was last year is there a statue of limitations on this. i worked the hours because i was in fear of losing my job and they had a paper trail on me which they help create. do i have a case.

Unpaid wage claims can look back three years. Go file if you can prove your hours of unpaid time. You are entitled to the hours, OT, interest and penalties, and if you win in court you can get your attorney fees back. If serious about hiring counsel, feel free to contact me.
