Legal Question in Employment Law in California
I am working for this company that is working me 10hrs a day 7days a week with no days off. Is this legal?

If you are an hourly worker, you are due overtime. You can file a claim with the Labor Commissioner for all that accrued pay, interest and penalties. If the company contests it and the case goes to a hearing, you can hire an attorney to represent you.
