Legal Question in Employment Law in California
I have been working for my employer for 3 years and they have paid 100% of my medical/dental/vision benefits for myself and my spouse - this was one of the benefits for General Managers, they are now saying that we will have a co pay along with all other employee's, can they legally take this benefit away from us?

Unless you have a contract that obligates the employer to pay the full amount of the insurance premium for a fixed period of time, the employer has the right to change the terms of the policy, upon notice. It cannot apply the change retroactively, but it can say, "from this point forward, the policy will be as follows..."

YES, just not retroactively.
