Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Wrongful Termination/Disability Discrimination/Sexual Harassment

I was with my employer for 2years 4months. I reported to my supervisor as well as the owner of the company, three separate occurrences of sexual harrassment. The owner tried to remedy these occurences by going to the harassers, and talking to them. The problem only seemed to get worse(men whistling when I had to go into the warehouse, at night). The work environment became hostile.

Also, I have breast cancer(am in remission). My supervisor knew that I had breast cancer. They had me working 10,11,12 hour shifts per night. I became exhausted and run down. I called in sick and went to my doctor. I was told that this was to many hours for me to work. Diagnosis was breast cancer/depression. The doctor put me out on state disability for a month. My return to work date was supposed to be on 6/22. My employer mailed me a certified letter stating that my services were no longer needed. This letter was dated 6/17.

I believe I was fired because of reporting the sexual harrassment ocurrences and also because I went out on state disability for a month.

Does anyone have any legal advice for me? Is this legal? Would I have a case?
