wrongfully terminated

my friend works for a daycare and they found out the she sells passion party things which are like lotions and vibrators for women. they are threatening to fire her because of it is this legal.

If she is an 'at will' employee at a private employer, she can be fired any time for anything. That's what 'at will' means. No it is not illegal to have or enforce a morals and standards issue.
