Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
On 11/21/23 I allowed an acquaintance to come stay "a few days" as she had no place to stay. She is still here and now refuses to leave. She has never paid anything or perfirmed any work around the house. She has never received mail at my home. I live in a senior mobile home park whose rules say no guest over 14 days. The manager kniws shes here and has spoken to me about it. Can I tell her shes no longer welcome to use any of my things including W/D and shiwer?
