Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

30 Day Notice to Move Out

Do I have to give a 30 day notice if my rental agreement doesn't indicate so? I am on a month-to-month lease and in California its required by law to provide a 30 day notice, but my specific rental agreement I signed doesn't say I have to provide a 30 day notice.
