Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
My adult son is staying in my apartment. I have asked him to move and he refuses. He will not look for work and does not pay rent. How can I get him to leave my apartment?

Legally if he has never paid anything to live there and you want him out and he refuses, he is trespassing. Call the police.
