How long do you have to wait until you can get your carpet cleaned for free or switch the carpet out?

I can't answer this. since I don't know what you are referring to. Please help, since I am not a mind reader.

Resubmit your question with facts, and I'll be glad to help: such as: "I am renting an apartment, and I have lived here for 10 years, and the carpet is a mess" or something like that.
