Can I charge moving cost to landlord?
I've received 60 days notice of termination of tenancy on 07/18/07.
It was invalid notice. So I got 120days notice on 09/15/07.
I live here12 years, paid rent on time. May this year, I requested new carpet and stove oven for new lease. I was in process of divorce and my ex left my apartment, so asked landlord for new lease with only my name. He agreed new carpet and stove oven. Then my next door guy came to my apt and told me that landlord want to paint whole apt and repair all damages. It was lie. 2-3 days later, I had to pay new blinds and some work he did. He never kept his schedule. Came in after 8:30pm many times and work on painting over month. During that time, my proeprty MGR came into my apt when next guy was there(he supposed to work prior day) No notice or anything to me and took my key from my door and never returned even I requested. I made compalint it to Landlord and he gave me 60days notice. This morning 9/19, someone put nail94 inches) against (sharp angle)my right rear wheel of car. I took a picture. I think it was intentionally. Because next door and landlord are upset that their plan which next door's friend move into my apt in sep. What right I have? Can I get moving cost from landlord?

You have a complex set of facts.
Assuming you can prove what you allege, you could not only get moving costs from landlord, but probably have the termination cancelled (Not that you would want to remain).
You probably should write a certified letter (return receipt, to landlord, copy to manager) demanding moving cost. It would probably be more effective to have an attorney write a demand letter, since more often than not, landlords' respond to attorney letters and ignore tenant's letter.
