illegal (proof blatant) eviction going on~

These matters happen way too fast for a tenant, so please reply quickly! After many faxxed letters, and mailed ones, LL refused no matter what to make safe,habitable repairs which were existing prior to move-in, and discovered after. Electrical arc exploded an appliance, burned hand, raw feces spilling on front doorstep, damaging furniture just purchased, fridge totally no work, spoiled 400 new food, no kitchen (studio) so not terms of lease, still charged full 735 per month. Then add in other tenant neighbour pounding on wall menacing, yelling, blocking path with shirt off, and flea infestations, then gardeners theived surfboard, other items and LL refused to give their info..I finally after a year just under it (year lease) withheld rent for repairs, and LL faxxed me I would have to take her to court. I prepared small claims, but first offered mediation center (they send a letter) she hired atty AFTER that, (never responding to mediation offer), and #1-mailed me a letter asking if I had abandoned, I certified return reply, no of course not, I am withholding rent pursuant to..and listed codes etc from the HUD booklet, also referred to our prior communication, that she had said I would have to take her to court. Her atty has ILLEG

This is as confusing a set of facts, as I have seen.

How about resubmitting using sentences, and clearly spell out your problems, and your questions.
