Can a landlord evict you do to a truck driving on a city street which runs parallel to the apartment complex?

I'm not sure what you're asking. If you're driving a truck on a street parallel to the apartment, I can only think that the noise might be bothersome if it's started early in the morning or late at night. Is there a way to accommodate people's sleep by beginning work later, or parking it elsewhere?
