Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

I live in a rv park in Windsor California. We just got a 30 day eviction notice. I looked over the lease and we are not breaking any rules. We have always paid rent on time. They refuse to tell me why I am getting evicted. There are other renters in the park who are breaking rules on the lease and not getting evicted. What should I do. Is there a way that I don't have to move.
