Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
I own a proprty mgmt co and my owner says its too far to drive and since i know the tenants can i go to court on representing him what form do i needs to act on his behalf//

You can’t. The court will not allow you to represent the owner unless you are a licensed attorney. The property owner will have to go himself or hire a lawyer.
