Your message is sketchy. I assume that the landlord didn't make necessary repairs and you're seeking a rent reduction or money. Bring photographs, written estimates, experts to testify about those estimates, doctors if a health condition is involved. If it's for harassment and there's a police officer involved, you'll have to subpoena the police officer to testify at, perhaps, $150 for the subpoena. If there's a witness to the harassment, bring the witness.

Re: What should I take to prove my case

Your post is imcredibly vague. You didn't even mention what type of case it was. The type of claims often dictates the types of evidence of and witnesses you should bring.

If this was a personal injury claim, you might bring your medical records or have your doctor testify. If this was a dispute over rent, you would bring records of your payments or evidence to show legal reasons why you didn't pay such as failure by the landlord to repair a major problem.

Please repost your question with more details about why you are going to court.
