I need to move out asap! from the property I am leasing. The owner of the property agreed to break the lease previously upon a 30-day notice, but I need to move out in 15 days due to a financial situation.

Can I lose my deposit if I leave within 15 days? Do I have to pay the full months rent?

What do I do?

I don't have the date of your 30 day notice, so I can't answer this with clarity.

I am guessing that you need an extra 15 days after the 30. If correct, you would owe for an extra 15 days. Negotiate with landlord.

Deposits go to unpaid rent, damages beyond ordinary wear and tear, and cleaning (only if premises are not left as clean as when you moved in).

Therefore, you may lose some or all of your deposit.

Talk to owner immediately about your situation.
