Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
I am considering renting out my home.It has a driveway that could be dangerous to exit due to it being located on a blind street curve. If I fully disclose this very obvious fact in a rental agreement could I still be sued if the tenant where to have an accident exiting the driveway?

The tenant could argue that there is dangerous and there is dangerous. They did not realize how dangerous it was. It would be best if you told them in wrilting what the problem could be. Also, try to make the exit less dangerous; put up a sign saying hidden driveway, a mirror on a post, have insurance coverage, etc.
