Re: Tenant

Isn't getting an e-mail that you can ignore [or have someone read it and tell you the substance]better than having to listen to her on the phone? Both of you have the right to communicate how you want to; you can call her and leae a message on her phone and she can e-mail you back as long as she responses to your questions, etc. It sounds as though you want to carefully remove her as a tenant as eventually she may complain to the local public enity that ther are numerous health and safety code violations.
