Threatening Landlord

Can I file a civil and put the rent into the Court. Landlord Threatens to unlawfully move property and person. Burn Property. leaking refrigerator, gas, toilet issues. Runs illegal Commercial and disturbs 7 days. Has over 10 units several single family contractor.

You can sue whomever you wish, but you still must pay the rent.
