Legal Question in Legal Ethics in California

Attorney sent me opened final papers

My attorney sent me my final papers

regarding an accident settlement with

amounts, my name/address through the

US mail. The problem is the envelope was

never sealed and half of the papers are

gone and the other papers were placed

back in the envelope out of order. Do I

have a case againt my attorney for

breaching attorney client privilage. I live

in Los Angeles and I am not sure what to

do about this serious problem.

If you received the settlement check, you should be content. Talk to the attorney about it.
