Legal Question in Legal Ethics in California
If my "new" landscape maintenance company failed to invoice me for 18 months, am I legally obligated to pay the bill? There was never any contract in place, just an understanding of what the monthly fee would be if I decided to use them. They started coming every week and never billed us, but only noticed recently that they hadn't.... Thank you!
