Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in California

An attorney error

I got a DUI and hired an attorney. She was in the process of taking care of things and going to court on my behalf, so I thought. She missed a court date and now I have a warrant. What is my legal responsibility concerning this, what's hers, and what can I do about it?

She should be able to have the warrant removed without the fault be attributed to you. Give her a chance. Contact me directly if she fails or refuses.
