can attorney ignore my pending case?

Is there any action that I can take against my attorney who has failed to handle my case or my calls unless I have sex with him. As it stands he filed a motion to withdraw claiming I was being uncooperative. He has manipulated me into making after hours appointments, and took advantage of the situation(yet didnt charge for this office visit) then when I refuse his advances he refuses to acknowledge my pending family law matter. What can I do? I am afraid that if this goes public, his wife will come after me. What are my options? Do I even have any?

Attorney requiring you to have sex is a serious violation and should be investigated.

If this is true, then call the State Bar of California to report the misconduct. Cooperate with their investigation. Get yourself a new attorney immediately. Call your local Lawyers Referral Service if necessary and/or ask the State Bar to help find someone.
