Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in California
Breech of Contract Legal Fees
I engaged an attonrey who quoted a cap on the legal costs and far exceeded it.
I understood this was a breech of contract, not malpractice.
Is this correct?

Re: Breech of Contract Legal Fees
If you can't resolve it with the attorney, it is grounds for a fee arbitration through the local bar association, but it is not malpractice by any means.
