I have a case of the malicious prosecution. Is there any authorities on the subject in favor of plaintiff?

Yes, statute and case law books filled with them. That is what legal research is about - finding the right ones. Start at your local law library. If you case is actually timely, legally valid, factually meritorious, of substantial monetary value, and against a defendant with substantial assets and income, you should be able to find an attorney to represent you.
