Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in California
would i be elegible for a "factual innocence"? if in the case of me not being able to have actual acces to the firearm, which was located inside the vehicle, behind the stereo, and at the same time, me not knowing better and admitting to the charge? what are the chances of me succeeding to a "factual innocence 851.8"???

If you thought you were "factually innocent," it's too bad you admitted to the charge.

"Factual innocence" is a court finding after a case is dismissed by the DA or the judge, for utter failure to have any evidence against you.
