Is there a time limit to file a malpractice suit in regards to a divorce settlement? My divorce was filed March 28, 2002. Can I still file a suit against my attoney?

you may still have standing to sue for legal malpractice based on the facts given so far. email my office today with more detailed information regarding why you feel you were the victim of legal malpractice, as well as when you first "discovered" you may have been damaged by your former attorney.
