Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in California
plastic surgery
I had a facelift. 9 days later I had an expanding hematoma resulting in swollen and scarred tissue on the left side of my neck. The 1st revision attempted to scrap out the scarred tissue to no effect or change. The 2nd revision was an attempt to correct the problem which was also unsuccessful. result: asymetrical face with swollen scarred & painful tissue under my jawline on the left side of my neck. What are my alternatives to recover some of the costs as I've found another surgeon to correct the problem once and for all. Please help.

Re: plastic surgery
IF, IF, it is less than one year from the last medical procedure done by the 'malpractice' doctor, then you may be able to file suit. You can do so IF you have a medical opinion from your new doctor, or some doctor in that field, that says the original doctor's work was 'malpractice' or negligent. If that is the case, feel free to contact me to discuss your rights and remedies.
