Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in California
I have a question about attorney malpractice that is extremely lengthy and would involve forwarding transcripts of emails involving the attorney in question. do you do that?

You only have one year to file suit of discovery ir when you should have reasonably discovered such malpratice and in any case no more than three years. If it has been within three years, then contact me directly.
No one is going to be interested in reviewing a ton of documents for free before first determining there is a potential case, that is still within the one year time limit. If you want to do this right, prepare a brief chronological narrative of the pertinent facts that you believe prove legal malpractice and prove damages, and I would be happy to review it. If it appears you have a case, then we can discuss it in detail.
I can give you a fee consultation for a few minutes.
