Legal Question in Mediation in California
I'm not really sure which area of expertise is correct. My wife travels a lot for business and is also being treated for breast cancer. TSA requires her to go through full body scanners at the airport. I am concerned about her health (and everyone else) because of the radiation these machines give off. Is there something that can legally be done to prevent passengers to be forced through these machines before boarding aircraft?

She can either submit to the scan or an intrusive 'pat down'. Complain to your congressman about the Terminally Stupid Agency rules, like the rest of us are doing.
