Legal Question in Mediation in California
I have financed a car under only my name for my uncle to drive who's agreed to make the payments. Since he's started driving the vehicle he's not been responsible for payments and has been in two accidents. What do I do to legally take possession of the vehicle?

If you are the registered owner on title, go pick it up. If you don't get the keys, you can have it towed away. Make sure you have the title docs to show police if they are called.
