without my permission or consent my son was prescribed antidepressents (zoloft) by a doctor at a clinic located at his high school twice what are my rights

In today's socialist nanny-state you have few parental rights left, the government 'knows better' than you how to raise your children. They can provide abortions and condoms to them, and arrest you if you discipline them; however, this does appear to cross the line with unauthorized non-emergency medical treatment, and you should consult with local counsel about pursuing a claim. Take a stand here.
