Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in California

breast augmentation

My wife had inplants with a lift in 2002 and had to go back in and redo them over again in 2003. The surgan didnt make a pocket for the inplants the first time and they both slipped down. He then sewed one inplant to the muncle from the rib cage and the other has slipped back down again. One inplant has air in it and you can see and feel the bubble on her left breast. The pain is getting worse for her now. What can we do?

Re: breast augmentation

It sure sounds like a medical malpractice claim. She needs to go to another surgeon, this time someone that knows what they are doing, to get them removed or properly repaired/replaced. That surgeon will have to advise us if he agrees there is improper technique [malpractice]. You need an attorney to try to get this handled. Contact me to discuss if interested.

You need an opinion from another plastic surgeon which establishes negligence on the part of the first doctor. Be aware that notice of legal action against a medical professional is accelerated. Get representation immediately. Call me directly at (619) 222-3504.

Have you consulted with different physcian who is widely respected? That would be the first step.
