Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in California
case management
I'm doing pro bono on a medical negligence case.I received an answer to complaint. So do I answer it and all the denials of liability and denials of incidenses? If so do I do file an answer on another complaint form? We have a court date for dec 19,how many court days do I have to file before court? And the proof of service form i'll need to use will be?? What if I don't have answers they ask for? WE have a Deposition hearing on Dec 15. where do I find Rules Governing Deposition hearings? Thank you and God Bless You Today! Ray.

Re: case management
If your case is meritorious and has value, you should be able to find an attorney to handle your case on a contingency. In the meantime, your best bet is to head to the law library and review books like the Rutter Group's Civil Procedure Before Trial.
