Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in California

Filing A Motion

I'm in Southern California. My question is if I can't get in touch with the attorneys where I'm the plaintiff in a medical malpractice case can I file a motion in Superior Court on my own behalf even though these attorney are still listed as the attorneys of record.

Re: Filing A Motion

If you follow the all the rules and required procedures in filing a motion to discharge the attorneys, yes. If they refuse to respond to your calls and letters, they may think the case is no good. If it actually has merit and value, feel free to contact me to discuss it.
