Final corrective surgery - 5/12/09

Take the safest course and plan on one year, or 4/22/10 being the last day to file. That is unless you send the 90 day letter at the end.

One year from the malpractice act. If it is a case with merit, value and collectability, feel free to contact me to discuss the facts and your rights and remedies. Neither your opinion nor mine matter in proving whether it was malpractice; you must obtain an 'expert' in that medical field willing to testify that it was. Your 'corrective' surgeon may be the logical choice.
