Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in California
can the dmv cancel my drivers licences for seizure activity? how long can it be suspended for? Second the doctor is not to sure what wrong with me? Though he put down seizure activity? he has 8 possibilty.

Doctors are legally required to report seizure / black out, or other serious problems affecting driving, and DMV is obligated to suspend or revoke licenses unless you can prove through doctor's testimony you are safe to drive.
