Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in California

Doctor misdiagnosed me then yells at me in frnt of patients

went and seen a doctor because my right side form the neck down was going numb. Everytime I saw him he told me I needed to excersize.That made things tings worse.He had ordered me to get an MRi and I was waiting for the approval. Each time I went to see him he would ask if I had taken an MRI,I said no I haven't heard from anyone about it. he again would tell me nothing was wrong I needed to excersize. Well I finally got fed up and asked the nurse about it. She said they were never ordered. I finally got the MRi done and it showed i had 2 herniated discs a tear in 1 and 1 lying on the sciatic nerve.For almsot a year I was trying to get find out what was wrong, then I was told I had been sent to the wrong clinic I needed a spine clinic.I went to the spine clinic and saw a doctor. he asked if I had seen a neurologist,I said yes several times.He didn't believe me.I went to the waiting room and found the cards that showed I had gone and brought them to him.The nurse had also found the notes.He had then yelled in front of everyone ''You're not even listening to me,i am telling you the xrays do not go along with your symptoms. It is from the neck up, you either have a tumor or MD.''I went for an MRi of the brain.Can I do anything about it?

Do about what?

If you are claiming damage from medical negligence and failure to properly diagnose or treat, then you need a doctor willing to testify in support of that. Without such expert opinion, no suit can be filed. Feel free to contact me to discuss whether your facts will support a suit.
