Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in California

Can anyone tell me about the EMTALA law?

I had a stoke went to one Hospital and they released me and in the same day I was at another and they immeditally put me in icu. It is a much longer story but I wanted to get an idea.

Well, if the idea your wanted was whether you have a case of medical malpractice, the answer comes from your doctors, not a lawyer.

IF your current doctors are willing to testify that the earlier treatment was clearly negligent, and that negligence caused you provable damage, then we can talk. Contact me if that is the case.
